Since its establishment in 2002, MINDSET has collaborated with several mental health NGOs, advocacy groups and corporate partners – with an aim to raise awareness and change the perception and attitudes surrounding mental illness.
As the group charity of the Jardine Matheson Group, MINDSET and Jardines lead through corporate stewardship and advocacy, to influence and drive positive change among other corporates and business partners towards mental health in the business community.
Our efforts are concentrated on three focus areas:

Community Partnerships
We collaborate with mental health partners, government agencies, healthcare service providers and NGOs to strengthen the fabric of mental health support within our communities.
As partners, we provide resources and expertise, which allows us to develop comprehensive and effective mental health programmes and initiatives to ensure that persons in need of mental health support have access to appropriate and necessary care.

Leveraging the Jardines Network
We leverage the extensive network of the Jardine Matheson Group and its 400,000-strong employee base to advocate for mental health best practices at the workplace.
This includes empowering and educating colleagues about mental health, creating positive and accessible workspaces, offering holistic programmes like career coaching, training as well as job placement opportunities for persons-in-recovery to aid a smooth transition back into the workforce.
