MINDSET expanded operations to Singapore in 2011. In Singapore, In Singapore, one in seven people experience some form of mental illness in their lives and majority of them do not seek help. MINDSET Singapore was established to make a tangible difference to the local mental health community. It aims to raise awareness of the understanding of mental health issues to change attitudes and the negative perception attached to it. The charity seeks to provide a holistic approach towards supporting mental health persons-in-recovery, their families, and caregivers, as well as mental health social service agencies, through its five focus areas.

MINDSET Singapore was conferred the “Charity Transparency Award” by Singapore’s Charity Council for the fourth consecutive year in 2019 and the “Charity Governance Award” in 2018 for its exemplary standards of governance. Jardines and MINDSET were also named “Champions of Good” in 2018 and 2020 for leading the way in corporate giving and awarded the President's Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards 2021, Organisations of Good – Corporate (Large Enterprise) by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre for achieving excellence in corporate giving.
