Maxim's Visit
In an outing to Maxim's on 13th May, the Jardine Ambassadors with ex-mentally ill people of the Mental Health Association of Hong Kong were introduced to the processing of popular food items such as dim sum and microwavable products. They were able to observe different processing units from the quality assurance laboratory to the packaging line and then participated in a question and answer session with Maxim's representatives.

參觀美心
融合小組與香港心理衛生會精神復康人士於五月十三日參觀美心集團食品製造中心，認識點心與微波食品等受歡迎食物的製作過程。他們在工場各區參觀，由品質保証實驗室至包裝線整個運作流程，期間更向美心工作人員踴躍發問。

Visiting 'Nine to Five' Food Production Centre
In a visit to the Food Production Centre of 'Nine to Five' organized by the Re-integration group on 29th April, members of the Phoenix Clubhouse for the ex-mentally ill people were able to get to know the necessary skills required in food production. This was particularly relevant as the members run the Clubhouse themselves including a canteen serving some 30 people.

Following the tour of the factory, the visitors were treated to food produced at the Centre, including spring rolls and desserts which they had made during the session.

參觀「九至五」食品生產中心
於四月二十九日，融合小組安排了精神病患康復者「卓越之友」的會員參觀「九至五」飲食有限公司食品生產中心，加深他們對食品製作過程之了解，有助將來重投社會工作。由於「卓越之友」的學員在院舍亦經營了一個食堂，為三十多位會員提供膳食，是次參觀對他們尤其重要。除了參觀生產中心，會員更品嚐了生產中心的製成食品，及由自己親手製作的食物，包括春卷及甜品。

Coca Cola Visit
In the morning of 17th June, the Re-integration group organized a trip to Coca Cola Plant in Shatin for 24 members of Caritas Jockey Club Lai King Rehabilitation Centre. The members had the opportunity to learn about the history and production of Coca Cola as well as some basic concepts on environmental preservation. The visit was followed by a lunch at a famous restaurant in Tai Wai where members enjoyed a big meal before returning to the Centre.

參觀可口可樂廠
於六月十七日早上，怡和親善大使帶領了二十四位「明愛賽馬會荔景社會服務中心」會員到沙田可口可樂廠參觀。是次參觀讓會員了解到可口可樂的歷史背景及汽水製作過程。「明愛賽馬會荔景社會服務中心」會員更有機會以極優惠價購買可口可樂紀念品及到展覽館拍照留念。參觀完畢，一行人享用過豐富的午餐後，活動圓滿結束。
